While I was in Toronto several years ago, I did my best to hit up as many locations as possible, including spots for The Virgin Suicides.
Unfortunately, the main house has been replaced by and more modern (not as nice) home, but was located at 28 Dunloe Road in Toronto Ontario.

The cemetery is located at 256 Kingston Road in Toronto.
The school and football field are at 1 Hanson Street in Toronto.
