While in the Vancouver area, I took some time to go to locations from It’s A Wonderful Knife. Although the aerial shots were mostly Park City in Utah, it mostly filmed in Cloverdale in Surrey, British Columbia.
The opening commercial was shot in front of 5757 176th Street in Cloverdale.
The tree lighting scene is at Hawthorne Square.
This scene was shot next door at 5743 176th Street.
The main family house is at 24328 40 Avenue in Langley Township.
For this commercial we’re back in front of 5743 176th Street.
The Clova Theatre is at 5732 176th Street.
The funeral parlor was at 5746 176th Street.
This scene was shot at Fisherman’s Wharf in Richmond. This area has been used by many productions, including Scary Movie and The Stand.
As there was a van blocking my picture, I couldn’t get a good shot here where she is confronted by the killer.
This is right by the ice cream shop at 12211 Third Avenue in Richmond.
Back in Cloverdale at Hawthorne Square….
Bernie’s house is located at 4835 216a Street in Langley. (This is right next to a couple of locations used in A Joyous Christmas.)

Here we are back at the Clova Theatre. The interiors were shot at the Rio Theatre at1660 East Broadway in Vancouver.
