This marks the 15th anniversary of Martin Scorcese’s The Departed, released October 6, 2006. I took these shots while in Boston about ten years ago. I didn’t have any screenshots with me at the time, so was based solely on memory, so they don’t line up as much as I would like.
Up first is the Massachusetts State House, located at 24 Beacon Street in Boston. His penthouse apartment was set up on the top floor of Sargent Hall at 120 Tremont Street.
The Police headquarters is the back of a health center located at 25 Staniford Street in Boston.
This scene at the end of the pier is at 66 Long Wharf.
The Charles Street Brasserie was located at 17 Charles Street in Boston.
The South Street Station is located at 700 Atlantic Avenue.
And finally “344 Washington” is actually 11 Farnsworth Street in Boston. This entrance is near the rear side of the building in the back alley.
