The Last Starfighter was released on July 13, 1984. One of the first films to push the limits on CGI, it holds a special memory for many fans.
There is really only one main location for the film which I visited a couple times. You will notice some pictures will have nice green trees, the others will show burnt, almost apocalyptic trees as the visit was right after one of California’s horrible fires.
Luckily the building survived the fire, but you can tell it went right up to the side and even singed pieces of the wall.
