Happy 40th anniversary to SUPERMAN II released in the United States on June 19, 1981. As an eleven-year-old at the time, there was simply no better movie! (Yes, I know technically this is a 1980 movie, but I’m calling it ‘81 for the wide release.)
This is probably one of my first set-jetting experiences when I was visiting Niagara Falls in 1986.
This view is impossible now, but at the time everything was virtually identical when the filmed the movie.
