Today marks the 5th anniversary of Insidious: Chapter 3, released June 5 2015. I visited most of these locations before the movie was out by viewing the trailer and behind the scene shots, so not all of them are necessarily screen-matched.
First up is Elise’s house, located at 445 North Ave 53 in Los Angeles.
The apartment building is located at 1825 Whitley Avenue in Hollywood.
Quinn crosses the street to the theatre, located at 929 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles.
The accident scene was shot near 611 South Anderson Street. This are now looks completely different from the photos with the demolition of the Sixth Street Bridge.
And back to the apartment for the second to last scene…
The restaurant was located at 6429 Selma Avenue but has since been demolished. Below is an old Google Streetview pic for reference. Thanks to Sander De Lange for tracking down this spot.
