Happy 35th anniversary to EXPLORERS, released July 12, 1985. While traveling in 2015, I stopped by a few of the locations.
Derek’s house is barely recognizable but it is at 620 2nd Street in Petaluma, California.
Lori’s house is at 920 D Street in Petaluma.
The house in the background is at 1000 D Street in Petaluma.
I didn’t find the right spot for the riverfront scenes in Petaluma, but somewhere around here.
Part of the tree on the hill is still intact above Petaluma.
