Ed Wood was release September 28, 1994. Although I wasn’t too much of a fan of the film at the time, it has grown on me over the years. Below are a few of the locations I’ve visited.
Boardner’s is located at 1652 North Cherokee Avenue in Los Angeles.
The iconic Musso and Frank Grill can be seen in the background here at 6667 Hollywood Boulevard.
Ed’s first apartment is located at 448 North Ogden Drive in Los Angeles.
The movie-within-a-movie was shot at 5642 Hollywood Boulevard.
This scene was shot on Wilcox Avenue near Hollywood Boulevard.
Ed’s second apartment is located at 6383 Yucca Street in Los Angeles.
The church is located at 4301 Cahuenga Boulevard in Toluca Lake, California.
The Pantages is located at 6233 Hollywood Boulevard.
Their studio was shot at a couple spots, but most of it was at 1633 Cosmo Street and in the alley behind the building.
Bela’s house is located at 1933 147th Street in Gardena, California.
Vampira’s grave is at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and Bela Lugosi’s star is on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
