I’m not sure what the real release date for this sequel as it had various international openings in 1994 before finally landing on video in the U.S. in 1995. I have been to a few locations over the years. Some sets were built in North Hollywood as well as additional location shooting up in Maricopa, California, but these below are all around the Los Angeles area.
Many of the mausoleum shots were filmed at the Angeles Abbey Memorial Park at 1515 East Compton Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Tim’s house was shot at the Faulkner Farm at 287 South Briggs Street in Santa Paula, California.
This scene was shot in Piru, California. This town has been used in many films including Dark Night of the Scarecrow, Sweet Sixteen, Race to Witch Mountain, I Am The Night, Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 3, Twilight Zone: The Movie, and Cobra.
The motel is located at 12117 Sierra Highway in Santa Clarita. It has been used in many productions including Irreconcilable Differences and more recently, Westworld.
