As soon as the trailer released, I immediately recognized the house which was also used as grandma’s house in Phantasm II. Located at 5915 Echo Street in Los Angeles, this was also used in the prequel, Ouija: Origin of Evil.

Cindy’s Restaurant is located at 1500 Colorado Boulevard and was also used in Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop The Feeling music video.
The mental institution is located at 306 South Loma Drive and is used in many films including American Pie 2 and You.
A couple locations I haven’t been to include Laine’s house at 480 Deodara Drive in Altadena.
UPDATE: The above house was destroyed in the January 2025 fires.
And the school at 1905 Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena.
