Paul at halloweenfilminglocations.blogspot figured out this one before me, but I eventually got it. The Haddonfield Memorial Urgent Care was shot at 51 W Fairmont Avenue in Savannah.
The clinic was shot on the second floor of the building. A false wall was erected behind the main desk.
The exam room is the break room for the office.
