WURG radio was filmed at a building locate at 1401 Paulsen Street in Savannah. If you go to Google Streetview, you can see them putting up the neon letters before filming began.
I went to this location during the day and night to get various shots.
As always I tried to park my car in the same spot to line up the shot.
