We get our first shot of the bridge as Allyson gets pulled over. This is located on West Ogeechee Street between South Community Drive and Rail Road Street in Sylvania, Georgia.
During filming, the billboard was actually a Rabbit In Red advertisement, but was later swapped out with a CGI replacement of Willie The Kid at WURG Radio. It looks like they erased the pole as well.

I didn’t have a camera crane with me (or drone) but in the movie we travel from the top of the viaduct…
…to underneath where a certain-someone may be hiding.
The pipe façade to “the cave” was built for the film, but we’ll return to this spot later.
