Today they released the official trailer for Freakier Friday, the sequel to 2003’s Freaky Friday starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan. As they were filming, I tracked down a few locations, but for now just sharing the ones that show up in the preview. As I haven’t necessarily visited all of these locations yet, and some no longer exist, a few comparison shots are Google streetview or photos found online for reference.
They did return to the original film’s house at 732 Chapala Drive in the Pacific Palisades. Sadly, this home was destroyed in the fires earlier this year.

This is at the corner of 2nd Street and South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles (Google Streetview).

This is on the 1st Street bridge approaching North Vignes Street in Los Angeles.

This is in Echo Park near the Lady of the Lake statue.

This appears to be Leo Carillo State Beach at 35000 West Pacify Coast Highway in Malibu, California.

The pickleball scenes were shot at the Altadena Town & Country Club at: 2290 Country Club Drive. Sadly, this was destroyed in the fires earlier this year as well.

This scene was shot at the Panthers Stadium at 456 N Reino Road in Newbury Park, California.

The Record Parlour is located at 6408 Selma Avenue in Los Angeles.
