Happy anniversary to National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation released December 1, 1989.
The main house is located on the Warner Bros. Ranch, which is not open to the public but I was lucky enough to visit a few years ago. As you can see, the house has changed a bit over the years.
Although most of the interiors were a set, you can see it has the same round staircase inside.
“I don’t know, Margo!”
Just up the street on the left is the Bewitched house!
The pool is also at the ranch, nearly right in front of the main house. This has been used in many movies, including the YMCA pool in Gremlins.
The boss’ house is at 727 West Kenneth Road in Glendale, California.
