Star 80 opened in a very limited in release in 1983 but had it’s wide U.S. release on February 3, 1984. I’ve only been to a couple locations, but wanted to share them with you.
The Blue Horizon Hotel is located at 1225 Robson Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is my sister’s favorite hotel in the city and we stay there frequently.
Playland is located at 2901 East Hastings Street in Vancouver. This has been used in many films, most notably Final Destination 3.
They actually filmed at the real life location for murder-suicide. The house is located at 10881 Clarkson Road in Los Angeles.
