I found the “Velkovsky’s Bar” exterior first and thought they perhaps used a different interior, but they indeed used the inside with some drastic changes. In reality, it is VFW Post 660 located at 5115 Ogeechee Road in Savannah.
The production used a dark red wallpaper for most of the walls, most taken down now, but they did leave it up on the ceiling.

They added more pool tables and a photo booth, but you can see this one in the background.
They also left the 8-ball neon sign, but has moved to a different spot.

I didn’t do as well lining up my exterior shots on location, but here they are….
I actually used the Driveline sign in the background to deduce this spot.
