I’m certainly not a Hallmark Movie fan, but while vacationing in Canada with my family a couple years back over the holidays, there was nothing on but Hallmark Christmas movies in the hotel. This one caught my eye as I recognized a few of the locations from other films including Final Destination. I set out to visit those on my last visit to Canada while there for Madonna’s latest tour…
The town scenes were shot mostly in Delta, British Columbia. Here the limousine comes into town on 48th Avenue in the downtown area. I didn’t go into the “bookstore” which appears now to be a coffee shop at 5085 48 Ave.
Natalie’s house is at 22971 Coulter Court in Langley Township, British Columbia.
The theater was the hardest to find, but I finally figured it out by seeing a logo on one of the doorways. It was shot at Church in the Valley at 23589 Old Yale Rd, Langley Township. Here is the main exterior used in several scenes.
They were kind enough to let me take pictures of interiors used in the movie.
Some of the storefronts changed quite a bit since filming, but the near-miss accident was shot in front of 5056 48 Avenue in Delta.

And finally we have Joy’s house, located at 4843 216a Street in Langley. This is right down the street from the community center and right next to Bernie’s house used in It’s A Wonderful Knife.
